Knights CEO, Johan van Heerden commented: “The very versatile squad that we have selected, and with the high note on which we ended the SuperSport Series, the squad is confident going into the MiWay T20 Challenge.  It would be very crucial to start well, as the games are very congested and it is important not to loose rhythm.  This is the money spinner for all franchises and has become the most important tournament in South Africa.”

The 16-man squad selected for the MiWay T20 Challenge is:

The Chevrolet Knights are playing their first match on Friday, 17 February 2012 against the Nashua Mobile Cape Cobras at the De Beers Diamond Oval in Kimberley.
